It’s a Wiener Dog Racing, Bratwurst Tasting, Chicken Dancing heck of a Oompah good time October 5, 6 and 7 at the 29th Annual Oktoberfest on the River presented by Verizon Wireless and Southern Eagle Distributors! Enjoy a bit of Germany… Savannah style with multiple beverage stations offering a variety of beers, wine and Coke products, food vendors, Repicci’s Italian Ice, Savannah Kettle Corn, Wet Willies First Friday Fireworks and of course Weiner Dog Races (here’s more on the Weiner Dog Races ) and Roger Wood Foods Sausage Eating Contest on Saturday! There will be four plazas full of juried arts & crafts exhibitors, Rhinelanders Oompah Band, headline entertainment and more! Keep checking this website for more details coming soon!
